MRY, Inc. has established a centralized support system through Nexterm Customer Support in order to quickly deal with clients' requests.
Nexterm Customer Support will initially take and hold the clients' information, and our experts with high technical and analysis ability will provide answers in return.

Sometimes we cannot provide support (esp., support involved in repair) for free of charge. We will provide fare-paying support in the following cases.
•Repair after 1year upon purchase (without an extended support contract).
•When warranty provided by MRY is not presented.
•Breakdown or damage by misuse or improper repair, or when the product is dismantled.
•Breakdown or damage by impact such as dropping, or submergence.
•Accident or damage by act of environment, pollution, salt damage, abnormal voltage, etc.
•When the reason for breakdown lies in other company products but not in this product.
•Replacement of consumable supplies.
•When software is rewritten by the client.
•Support request or onsite support in overseas.
